Hi Eric, thanks for your interest: the POS printer (Bixolon SRP 350 Plus) is connected via USB. In Printer preferences I can see the printer but when I try to add a new one I can't select it because there is no available software model in the dropdown list. I was using the printer I must say, with a software I bought from Peninsula (UK specialiased for this kind of apps). By mistake someone errased the printer and now I can't use it anymore, even doing the procedure from Peninsula and normal procedure in Printing Preferences.
